Locum Tenens Physician - Plastic Surgeon Needed in NE

Job Description

Our client in Nebraska is seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon for a 3-day assignment beginning Jul 3, 2026. This Physician will provide 24-hour call coverage, focusing on a variety of hand cases and trauma-related injuries. Duties include covering call for any hand cases, including trauma to the hand and wrist, motor vehicle accidents, and cases involving blunt trauma or gunshot wounds, as well as farming accidents. The role does not involve patient rounding.

Responsibilities and Duties

• No patient rounding
• Covering call for any hand cases
• Seeing trauma hand, wrist, motor vehicle, little blunt trauma & gunshot, and farming accident cases

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Plastic Surgery or Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is required
• EMR system used is Epic
• Shift hours involve 24-hour call
