We are seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a 100-day locum tenens assignment in Mississippi starting Jun 1, 2026. Key responsibilities include managing complex anesthesia cases across adult, trauma, pediatric, vascular, orthopedic, and obstetrical populations, as well as CRNA supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties
Administer general anesthesia for adult, trauma, and pediatric patients
Perform spinal and epidural anesthesia
Provide regional anesthesia for surgical procedures
Manage obstetrical anesthesia cases
Handle complex vascular and orthopedic cases
Implement pain management techniques, including post-op epidural and extremity blocks
Administer epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions
Perform central and arterial line placements
Supervise CRNAs
Complete Epic EMR training two weeks prior to first shift
Additional Information
Mississippi medical license required
Board certification in Anesthesiology required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) certifications required
Epic EMR training must be completed prior to assignment
