Job Description
We are seeking a Dentist for a 4-day locum tenens assignment in Kentucky, starting Dec 8, 2025, with 10-hour shifts scheduled Monday through Thursday. This opportunity is ideal for those with a passion for supporting dental hygiene teams and mentoring residents in a clinic setting, with no direct patient care required.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the dental hygiene team with clinical questions and guidance
- Provide mentoring and teaching support to dental residents and students (AEGD and DMD/dental hygiene rotations)
- Collaborate with three current residents to enhance their learning experience
- Assist where needed within the clinical team, without direct patient assignments
Additional Information
- Minimum 2 years of dental experience required
- Pediatric or special needs experience preferred but not required
- Current CPR certification required
- Must hold a valid Kentucky dental license
- Clinic will be closed the week of Dec 26; start date can be flexible after Jan 3 if needed
- Credentialing process estimated at 2 weeks
