Job Description
We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California starting Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity features a Monday through Friday schedule with 10-hour shifts and a minimum of 18 patients per day. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in panel management, as well as expertise in chronic pain management.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a panel of patients in a primary care setting
- Provide comprehensive family practice care
- Deliver chronic pain management services
- Close patient charts within 72 hours
- Maintain compliance with all relevant protocols and documentation standards
Additional Information
- Must be board certified or board eligible (if within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine
- Active California license required
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Active DEA registration needed prior to start
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar setting (panel management) required
- Experience with chronic pain management is essential
