Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive family medicine care to patients across the lifespan
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform routine exams and preventive care
  • Document all patient interactions using eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Collaborate closely with clinic staff to ensure high-quality care and workflow efficiency
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

Additional Information
  • Active California Nurse Practitioner license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine mandatory
  • Minimum of 4 years of family practice experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
