Responsibilities and Duties

- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine exams and preventive care
- Document all patient interactions using eClinicalWorks EMR
- Collaborate closely with clinic staff to ensure high-quality care and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Additional Information
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine mandatory
- Minimum of 4 years of family practice experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
