We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 66-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Nov 24, 2025. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide outpatient care for both adult and pediatric patients
- Manage a 50/50 split of family medicine and behavioral health cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including the Medical Director and 10 medical assistants
- Deliver care in accordance with current clinical guidelines and protocols
- Document all patient encounters and clinical findings accurately
- Observe all practice policies, procedures, and patient privacy regulations
Additional Information
- Indiana nurse practitioner license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DEA certification required
- 2-3 years of experience preferred; behavioral health experience also preferred
- Office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas
