- Ensure access to care for all individuals without turning anyone away
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for documentation and patient management
Additional Information
- Active California license and required credentials (CAQH, PECOS, PAVE) are mandatory
- Previous experience in family practice preferred
- Assignment can begin as soon as credentialing is complete
