Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 2-week locum tenens assignment in Texas. This position starts on Dec 3, 2025, with clinic hours from 8am to 11:40am and 1pm to 4:00pm. Candidates with Family Medicine experience and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are highly desirable for this role, which is focused on outpatient care in a clinic-only setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a family medicine clinic setting
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-ups
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and supervising physicians to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Adhere to all clinic protocols, policies, and procedures

Additional Information
  • Current Texas license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
  • Family Medicine experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
