Locum Tenens Family Practice MD - Nevada


Duration: 120 days

Start Date: Mid October

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Required Skills:

• Multi-symptom, high acuity patient care

• Treatment of common conditions (cough, cold, flu)

• Management of chronic diseases (hypertension, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases)

• Suturing, IV lines, joint injections, IUD insertion (including Nexplanon), toenail removal, Pap smears

• Emergency assessment and 911 referral when necessary

Patient Population:

• Multi-symptom patients (3+ conditions)

• Large Spanish-speaking population

Additional Information:

• New clinic establishment

• Spanish language skills preferred but not required

• Possibility of extension

• Travel job
