Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for an engaging 60-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio, commencing May 4, 2026. This role involves managing patients within an Emergency Department, contributing to a vital healthcare team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide care in an Emergency Medicine setting.
- Manage patients in an Emergency Department.
- Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation.
- Address a range of cases within a Trauma and PEDS environment.
- Collaborate with 24-hour support services, including Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Catheterization Lab, General Surgery, Laboratory, Neuro-Surgery, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, and Vascular Surgery.
- Work in a facility with an L&D department, though newborn deliveries are not received in the ED.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine required.
