Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide inpatient nursery coverage for newborns
- Manage 24-hour call for newborn nursery coverage
- Respond to neonatal emergencies as required
- Collaborate with pediatric and neonatal care teams
- Adhere to Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) protocols
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Additional Information
- Must have active New York medical license
- Board certification in Neonatology required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Previous experience in a nursery or neonatal inpatient setting preferred
