Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform suturing, splinting, drainages, and general superficial wound care
- Remove foreign bodies and conduct joint injections
- Administer occipital nerve blocks
- Manage a typical urgent care or ER day-to-day caseload
Additional Information
- Must have urgent care or ER experience; family practice experience is not accepted
- NY Nurse Practitioner license required
- Board certified in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
