We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 70-day locum tenens assignment in Montana. This opportunity begins on Feb 2, 2026, with day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive family medicine and urgent care services on an outpatient basis
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and pediatric care
- Offer reproductive health services
- Address mental health and substance use treatment needs
- Perform in-office procedures and manage urgent care cases
- Care for a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult patients
- Utilize clinical skills in mental health, chronic pain, and chronic disease management
Additional Information
- Must have 1-2 years of tribal health experience
- Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must hold current Montana licensure
- Board certifications required: Family Medicine, Urgent Care
- Experience with primary and urgent care strongly preferred
