This 84-day opportunity starts on Aug 4, 2025, and requires the provider to work 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday, any three days a week. The role involves traveling to residences including long-term care facilities, predominantly providing advanced wound care.

  • Focus on delivering high-quality care predominantly in long-term care settings, accounting for 90% of patient interactions.
  • Operate EMR system WoundExpert to document and manage patient care efficiently.

Additional Information
  • Required certification: Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing (WOCN)
  • Must possess hands-on experience with wound care.
  • NPs with advanced wound care capabilities, particularly those experienced with UltraMist Wands and various skin graft techniques, will be given preference.
