Locum Tenens Dentist - SC Needed in South Carolina

We are seeking a dedicated Dentist for a 7-day assignment in South Carolina. This part-time role involves approximately 6.5-hour days during school hours, spread across specific dates. The Dentist will provide essential preventive and restorative care, including dental exams, hygiene exams, fillings, and basic restorative procedures for students in an underserved school-based program.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and hygiene exams.
• Provide fillings and basic restorative care.
• Perform occasional primary and baby tooth extractions.
• Execute rare permanent tooth extractions for teenage patients when necessary.
• Focus on delivering essential preventive and restorative dental care to children.
• Participate in a school-based dental program serving students in underserved communities.

• EMR: Eaglesoft
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Patient Volume: Approximately 7-10 morning patients, with 2-4 after lunch for hygiene checks.
• LOA: 7 Days
• Staffing Mix: Front Desk Staff, Office Manager, 2 Dental Assistants, Hygienists, and a Driver for student transportation.
