Locum Tenens Dentist - VA Needed in Virginia

Our client in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Dentist for an 8-day assignment. This role involves serving as the sole provider, delivering comprehensive general dentistry, including extractions and dentures. The schedule is structured with shifts on Monday from 8a-4p, Wednesday and Thursday from 8a-5p, and Friday from 8a-1p.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole dental provider
• Perform general dentistry procedures
• Conduct extractions
• Provide denture services

Additional Information

• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Setting: Outpatient clinic only
• Call schedule: No call
• Average patients per day: 6 new patients, 9 existing patients
• LOA: 8 days
• Staffing mix: 3 Dental Assistants (DAs)
