Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 61-day assignment in Alaska, commencing Oct 5, 2026. This vital role supports our client across two distinct clinic locations, with daily shifts typically ranging from 8am to 5pm or 10:30am to 7pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse patient population presenting with acute illnesses, minor injuries, and various common health concerns, including required travel between sites.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care for respiratory infections, flu, UTIs, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
• Address acute back and joint pain, minor injuries, and sprains.
• Evaluate and manage skin rashes, headaches, and migraines.
• Diagnose and treat STIs and ear infections.
• Assist patients experiencing anxiety and situational stress.
• Work at various clinic locations, including Anchor Point and Seldovia, with flight assistance provided for travel to Seldovia.
• Be open to and supportive of holistic health approaches.
