Locum Tenens Physician - General Diagnostic Radiology with Light IR Needed in MO

Job Description

We are seeking a Physician specializing in General Diagnostic Radiology with Light IR for a 60-day assignment in Missouri, commencing Nov 2, 2026. This role involves an 8-hour day schedule, with on-site presence required due to procedural volume. The physician will manage a diverse case mix, approximately 80–90% Diagnostic Radiology and 10–20% Interventional Radiology, including myelography cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a case mix of approximately 80–90% Diagnostic Radiology and 10–20% Interventional Radiology.
• Perform myelography procedures as needed.
• Work collaboratively with three other radiologists and support staff including Rad Techs and RNs.
• Maintain an on-site presence for all shifts.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certification in Radiology.
• Experience with Cerner EMR for documentation across both hospital and clinic settings.
• On-site presence is mandatory due to procedural volume; remote reading is not an option.
• Work alongside three other radiologists and a supportive team of Rad Techs and RNs.
• Equipped with GE and Siemens systems.
• Fuji and McKesson PACS/Imaging systems are in use.
• An on-site lab is available.
