Locum Tenens Physician - Hospitalist Needed in Washington D.C.

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner for an inpatient opportunity in DC. This 60-day assignment involves working 7-14 shifts per month, including night shifts from 7p-7a. The role focuses on providing comprehensive patient care within a Level III Trauma Center, managing an average daily census of 51 patients and approximately 8 admissions, as part of a collaborative hospitalist team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for patients within a hospital setting.
• Manage a daily patient census and new admissions efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other advanced practice providers on the hospitalist team.
• Participate in night shift coverage as required by the facility.
• Deliver care within a Level III Trauma Center, adhering to established protocols.
