Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Neonatologist to join our client's team in Pennsylvania for a 60-day assignment starting Oct 19, 2026. This Physician will provide 24-hour call coverage, managing a NICU and all infants admitted to the newborn nursery, including leading daily rounds and comprehensive patient management.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead daily rounds and provide comprehensive management of NICU patients, including respiratory, nutritional, hematologic, and infectious conditions
  • Review laboratory results and collaborate closely with families on care plans
  • Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of NICU policies and procedures
  • Respond to emergencies in the NICU and Newborn Nursery and attend high-risk deliveries
  • Oversee a NICU and all infants admitted to the newborn nursery
