Locum Tenens Physician - Pathologist Needed in Missouri

Our client in MO is seeking a skilled Pathologist for a 40-day assignment, working Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. This role focuses on a diverse range of pathology cases including breast, colon, prostate, and lung resections, alongside frozen sections, FNA, non-GYN cytology, and rapid onsite evaluations. The position requires minimal grossing duties when the Physician Assistant is unavailable.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle breast, colon, prostate, and lung resection specimens.
• Perform frozen sections every other day.
• Conduct Fine Needle Aspirations (FNA).
• Perform non-GYN cytology.
• Conduct rapid onsite evaluations.
• Undertake minimal grossing when the Physician Assistant is out.
