Locum Tenens Physician - Pathologist Needed in New Mexico

Our client in NM is seeking a dedicated Physician specializing in Pathology for a 101-day assignment. This role involves working 1-3 weeks per month, Monday through Friday from 8a-5p. Responsibilities include evaluating surgical resections, performing intra-operative consultations, and reviewing outside cases for patients treated at the health sciences center.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate surgical resections and perform intra-operative consultations across various hospital and outpatient settings.
• Review tissue specimens from patients treated at the Health Sciences Center who have had prior surgery elsewhere.
• Manage a diverse range of surgical cases including GYN, GI, GU, Lung, kidney, prostate, and bladder.
