Locum Tenens Dentist - CA Needed in California

Our client in California is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist for a 3-day assignment starting Dec 12, 2024. The schedule includes specific dates in December, with shifts on Monday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM. This role involves seeing a high volume of pediatric dental patients and performing a wide range of restorative and preventative procedures in an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform restorative work and fillings.
• Conduct hygiene checks and exams.
• Manage cavities and perform some extractions for pediatrics.
• Place stainless steel crowns and perform pulpotomies/pulpectomies.
• Opportunity to perform Invisalign if willing, though not required.
• Focus primarily on pediatric cases with minimal endodontic procedures.

• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Patient Volume: 40-50 patients per day
