Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics Needed in California

Our client in California is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for a 15-day assignment. This role involves a part-time schedule, covering weekdays from 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, and some Saturday shifts from 8am to 1pm. The practitioner will manage 20-25 patients daily, with a mix of in-clinic and telehealth visits, addressing well-child visits, acute sick visits, physicals, vaccine check-ups, and chronic condition management.

Responsibilities and Duties

• See 20-25 patients daily, with 5-10 of them through telehealth.
• Conduct well child visits.
• Manage acute sick visits.
• Perform physicals.
• Conduct vaccine check ups.
• Provide chronic condition management.
• Oversee developmental management.

• Board Certifications: Pediatrics; Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (PPCNP-BC)

• Call Schedule: No Call
