Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Pulmonary Critical Care Physician for a 60-day assignment in California, commencing Sep 21, 2026. This role involves comprehensive critical care and pulmonology duties, including ICU coverage, inpatient consultations, procedures, and outpatient clinic, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm, complemented by weeknight and weekend call.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide critical care and pulmonology services, including ICU coverage and inpatient consultations
• Perform necessary procedures within the ICU setting
• Conduct outpatient clinic sessions
• Manage weeknight and weekend call for ICU duties
• Participate in morning ICU rounds and consultations

Additional Information

• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Disease is required
• Position involves a mix of inpatient (ICU) and outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Regular weeknight and weekend call for the ICU is a component of the role
