Locum Tenens Physician - Vascular/Interventional Radiologist Needed in VA

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vascular/Interventional Radiologist Physician for a 3-day assignment in Virginia. This role involves 8-hour day shifts with night and weekend call within our client's health system, an independent nonprofit. The focus is on a hospital-based interventional radiology program utilizing advanced imaging and procedural technology, encompassing a broad range of inpatient and outpatient vascular interventions and image-guided minimally invasive procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform vascular interventions
• Execute embolization procedures
• Conduct biopsies and drain placements
• Manage dialysis access procedures
• Handle GI/GU interventions and hepatobiliary procedures
• Perform venous access procedures
• Deliver image-guided minimally invasive procedures
• Provide care for both inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration
• Contribute to program growth and development
