Locum Tenens CRNA - AK Needed in Alaska

Our client in Alaska is seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 60-day assignment. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with evening and weekend call responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide array of procedures, including general surgery, various endoscopic and orthopedic cases, pediatric interventions, and obstetrical anesthesia.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform general surgery cases
• Manage endoscopies
• Administer anesthesia for total joints
• Conduct arthroscopies
• Execute peripheral nerve blocks
• Support urology procedures
• Provide anesthesia for ENT cases
• Handle gynecology procedures
• Assist with c-sections
• Manage pediatric cases (dental, ENT, and ortho)
• Administer labor epidurals

• Board Certification: National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Required Certifications: Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
