Job Description
Our client in California is seeking an Anesthesiology Anesthetist for a 96-day assignment starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves rounding on patients during night shifts, with options for either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week. The Anesthetist will manage diverse cases, including OB (highly preferred), spinal, urology, orthopedic, general, cardiac (no open heart), thoracic, and neuro patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Rounding on patients.
- Administering anesthesia for a wide range of cases, including OB (highly preferred), spinal, urology, orthopedic, general, cardiac (no open heart), thoracic, and neuro patients.
- Working scheduled night shifts, choosing between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.
Additional Information
- EMR: Epic
- Shift Hours: 9pm - 7am (10 hour Night Shifts) or 11pm - 7am (8 Hour Night Shifts)
- Case Mix: High preference for OB cases, alongside spinal, urology, orthopedic, general, cardiac (no open heart), thoracic, and neuro patients.
