Locum Tenens CRNA - MO Needed in Missouri

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 104-day assignment in Missouri. Our client, a reputable healthcare facility, requires an Anesthetist to manage various anesthesia cases, including GI procedures, outpatient endoscopy, and complex surgeries, often in a solo capacity for GI. The schedule involves varied 10-hour shifts across multiple days, including flexibility for GI cases and participation in an anesthesia care team model on other shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia for 2 GI rooms at our client's digestive health lab one Saturday per month.
• Manage outpatient endoscopy cases, primarily ASA 1 & 2, performed at the main hospital.
• Function in a solo Anesthetist practice capacity for GI cases.
• Participate in an anesthesia care team model during non-GI Saturday shifts.
• Administer general anesthesia for adult patients.
• Perform spinal anesthesia.
• Perform epidural anesthesia.
• Conduct regional anesthesia for surgical procedures.
• Manage neurosurgical cases (head and spine).
• Handle thoracic cases (excluding open heart).
• Manage complex vascular cases (excluding open heart).
• Manage complex orthopedic cases.
• Provide ventilation management.
• Evaluate and manage acute volume/blood pressure issues.
• Perform central line placement.
• Perform arterial line placement.
• Perform PA catheter placement.
