Locum Tenens CRNA - NC Needed in North Carolina

Our client in NC is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a 90-day assignment. The role involves Monday through Friday shifts, typically starting between 0700-0730 and concluding between 1400-1530, though end times may vary. The successful candidate will perform anesthesia for a range of gastroenterology and non-surgical weight loss procedures, including EGDs, colonoscopies, and gastric sleeve procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia for gastroenterology and non-surgical weight loss procedures.
• Perform anesthesia for special procedures including EGD and colonoscopy.
• Administer anesthesia for non-surgical weight loss procedures, including gastric sleeves.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Anesthesiology required.
• EMR: gGastro (GMED)
• Required certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Setting: Inpatient.
• No call responsibilities.
• Patient volume: Up to 17-24 patients per day.
• LOA: 90 Days
• Staffing Mix: Collaborate with a Physician, supported by 2-3 RNs and an LPN backup, with 1-2 MAs in the room.
