Locum Tenens CRNA - TN Needed in Tennessee

We are seeking an experienced Anesthetist for a 312-day locum tenens assignment in Tennessee. This vital role involves a 5x10-hour weekday schedule, supplemented by every other weekend on call with 12-hour shifts. The successful candidate will cover a broad spectrum of cases including emergency room procedures, general surgery, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, and OBGYN. A key requirement for this position is the ability to competently perform blocks and epidurals, contributing significantly to patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia for emergency room procedures, general surgery, orthopedics, healthy pediatrics, and OBGYN cases.
• Perform blocks and epidurals as required.
• Manage a variety of scheduled cases, including OB/GYN, healthy peds, and spine blocks.
• Comfortably assist with cardiac cases during weekend shifts, understanding that the cardiac team primarily handles 90% of such cases.
