Locum Tenens Physician - Anesthesiologist Needed in Massachusetts

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist for a 7-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts, beginning November 3, 2023. This outpatient role involves providing anesthesia for a diverse range of surgical procedures, including EGDs, Colonoscopies, Ortho, Podiatry, Otolaryngology, Plastics, Urology, and healthy pediatric cases, during scheduled shifts from 7a to 3p with no call requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform anesthesia for EGDs and Colonoscopies
• Provide anesthesia for Ortho cases
• Administer anesthesia for Podiatry cases
• Manage anesthesia for Otolaryngology cases
• Handle anesthesia for Plastics cases
• Oversee anesthesia for Urology cases
• Care for healthy pediatric patients requiring anesthesia

• Required Board Certifications: Anesthesiology
• Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Patient Volume: 15 to 20 patients per day
