Job Description

We are seeking a Physician - Anesthesiologist for a 120-day assignment in Ohio, starting Jul 13, 2026. This role involves scheduled operating room coverage with infrequent call, focusing on medical supervision of CRNAs and managing diverse cases including OB, neuro, ortho, and complex vascular. The client is looking for a skilled professional to contribute to their team.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide medical supervision to CRNAs.
  • Participate in scheduled operating room coverage, including infrequent call.
  • Manage a wide range of cases, including complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head, spine, neurosurgical, obstetrical, regional, and thoracic.
  • Perform general anesthesia for adult, trauma, and healthy pediatric patients.
  • Administer spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia for various surgical procedures.
  • Handle complex vascular cases, excluding open heart procedures.
  • Utilize pain management techniques such as post-op epidural and extremity blocks.
  • Perform epidural steroid injections (lumbar and cervical), transforaminal, lumbar, and cervical blocks, including use of x-ray guidance.
  • Conduct ventilation management and evaluation/management of acute volume/blood pressure issues.
  • Perform central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placements.
  • Opportunity to cover other locations as needed.
