Locum Tenens Physician - Anesthesiologist Needed in Pennsylvania

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist for a 90-day assignment in Pennsylvania. The schedule involves Monday through Friday shifts, from 7am to 3:30pm, covering 2-3 weeks per month. This role focuses on a variety of outpatient cases across all specialties, excluding cardiac and OB. The physician will primarily see patients aged 1 and above, with occasional cases for younger patients involving tonsillectomies and ENT tube insertions. A significant portion of the caseload involves orthopedic procedures requiring nerve blocks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia for outpatient cases across various specialties, excluding cardiac and OB.
• Care for patients aged 1 and above, with occasional cases involving younger patients for tonsillectomies and ENT tube insertions.
• Perform nerve blocks for orthopedic procedures.

Additional Information

• Required certifications: Anesthesiology Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
