Locum Tenens Physician - Anesthesiologist Needed in TX

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist for a 120-day assignment starting Aug 1, 2026, in Texas. This opportunity involves 5x8 weekly shifts with no call or weekend requirements, ensuring full-time coverage. The successful Physician will be responsible for providing medical direction and performing normal blocks and spinals, covering a variety of cases such as orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, and minor vascular procedures, while excluding pediatrics, craniotomies, or cardiac cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide medical direction
• Perform normal blocks and spinals
• Handle cases including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, orthopedic spine, urology, GI, minor vascular, and breast surgery
• Excludes cases involving pediatrics, craniotomies, or hearts
