Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Cardiovascular & Thoracic Needed in NC

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for a 96-day assignment in North Carolina. This role involves inpatient coverage with no call or clinic responsibilities, and first assisting is preferred but not required. The schedule includes four 10-hour day shifts per week, along with 1:4 weekend coverage consisting of 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive inpatient coverage for cardiovascular and thoracic surgery patients.
• Manage cases with no call or clinic obligations.
• Perform first assisting duties if preferred, though not required.
• Work four 10-hour day shifts per week.
• Participate in 1:4 weekend coverage, including 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

• Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery required.
