Locum Tenens Physician - Cardiologist Needed in New York

We are seeking a board-certified Cardiologist Physician for a 120-day assignment in New York. The schedule involves 2-3 weeks per month, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, with options for a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation. Responsibilities include outpatient clinic visits, supervising cardiac stress tests, providing inpatient consults as needed, and optional on-call coverage, rotating between facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• General Cardiology – outpatient clinic visits
• Supervision of cardiac stress tests
• Inpatient cardiology consults (as needed)
• Hospital consult service rotation (as needed)
• Nuclear stress test interpretation (preferred, not required)

• Board Certifications: Cardiology
• Other Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• EMR: Epic
• Call Schedule: Optional on-call coverage, 4 PM–8 AM, as needed
• LOA: 120 Days
• Staffing Mix: Solo physician practice, previously supported by one APP
• Setting: Combination of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
