Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Physician for a 24-day assignment in Missouri, commencing Aug 3, 2026. This role involves working one day per week from 8am to 5pm, providing comprehensive outpatient care. The physician will be responsible for seeing 5-10 patients per day, performing initial evaluations, managing medications, conducting psychotherapy, and initiating, titrating, or tapering psychotropic medications.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage 5-10 patients per day
  • Conduct hour-long initial evaluations and 20-30 minute follow-up appointments
  • Perform initial evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy
  • Initiate, titrate, and taper psychotropic medications
  • Address a variety of outpatient Child & Adolescent psychiatry cases, including psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse/dual diagnosis, personality disorders, suicidal/homicidal ideation, trauma-related disorders, cognitive impairment, developmental disorders, and eating disorders
