Job Description

Our client in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for an 84-day assignment starting Aug 31, 2026. This role involves a block schedule of 7 on and 7 off, providing Monday to Sunday 7 AM to 5 PM onsite coverage with evening beeper call. The physician will be responsible for managing a unit, primarily handling child and adolescent cases, and participating in a low-burden call schedule where APPs take the first call.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work a block schedule of 7 on and 7 off.
  • Provide Monday to Sunday 7 AM to 5 PM onsite coverage.
  • Participate in evening beeper call during the 7-day shift.
  • Ensure coverage everyday, including weekends.
  • Respond to callback requests, with a low burden as physicians are second call to APPs.
  • Treat child and adolescent cases.
