Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Critical Care Medicine Needed in Delaware

We are seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner for an inpatient assignment with our client in Delaware. This 56-day assignment involves 7-14 shifts per month, primarily 7a-7p. The successful candidate will manage high acuity patients and perform essential critical care procedures, working independently while supported by a physician.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care for high acuity patients in an inpatient critical care setting.
• Perform standard critical care procedures, including intubation, central lines, and A-lines.
• Work independently, with physician support from Critical Care or Hospital Medicine.

Additional Information

• Board Certifications: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification - Adult Gerontology (ACNPC-AG)
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patient Volume: 14-20 patients per day
• LOA: 56 days
