Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Critical Care Medicine Needed in MA

Job Description

We are seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 48-day assignment with our client in Massachusetts, beginning Nov 11, 2026. This role involves providing essential ICU and Med Surg care, including managing 1 to 2 burn patients, with a focus on responding clinician duties during flexible shifts, typically 6:00 to 19:00. The position explicitly excludes procedures such as intubations, lines, vents, transplants, ECHO, heads, EVD, and complex neuro stroke cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care in ICU and Med Surg settings.
• Manage 1 to 2 burn patients as part of the patient load.
• Serve as a responding clinician for various critical care needs.
• Adhere to a scope of practice that excludes intubations, lines, vents, transplants, ECHO, heads, EVD, complex neuro stroke cases, and all procedures.
