Job Description

Our client in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant for a 55-day assignment starting Aug 29, 2026. This role involves 0600-1830 shifts where you will be responsible for documentation, managing pre and post-operative patients, handling ECMO cases, and overseeing the floor and CTICU. An attending will be present for support on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for documentation, with attending support provided on Wednesday and Thursday.
• Manage pre and post-operative patients.
• Manage ECMO cases.
• Responsible for overseeing the floor and CTICU.
• Provide care for CTICU patients.
• Perform pre and post-operative floor work for Cardiothoracic Surgery.
