Our client in West Virginia is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant for a 42-day assignment, commencing Sep 7, 2026. This vital role involves providing primary coverage during 7P - 7A shifts, where you will manage admissions, consults, and a patient census of 12-16 within a critical care environment.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as primary coverage, with physician support on secondary call at all times.
  • Cover admissions and consults for critical care patients.
  • Manage a patient census ranging from 12 to 16.
  • Perform central line and arterial line placement (preferred, but not required).


Additional Information

  • Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine.
  • EMR: Cerner.
