We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist for a locum tenens opportunity in Arizona, beginning Nov 2, 2024. This 2-day assignment involves working from 8 AM to 5 PM, where you will primarily see pediatric dental patients. Key duties include performing comprehensive restorative work, fillings, hygiene checks, and pediatric extractions, handling a high patient volume effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
See pediatric dental patients
Perform restorative work, fillings, hygiene checks, and cavity treatments
Conduct exams and pediatric extractions, including stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, and pulpectomies
Manage a high patient volume, seeing 40-50 patients per day
Opportunity to provide Invisalign treatments, although not a requirement

Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Conscious Sedation, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Work Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)

Staffing Mix: One permanent dentist, 4-6 assistants (one per chair), office manager, treatment coordinator, and receptionist
