Locum Tenens Dentist - ME Needed in ME

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 36-day assignment in Maine, commencing Sep 14, 2026. The incoming professional will work a consistent 8:00am to 4:00pm schedule, managing a daily patient volume that includes hygiene appointments and a variety of dental cases such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, gum-disease treatment, and restorative dentistry, with opportunities for extractions and root canals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 15 hygiene patients.
• Handle 5-6 additional dental cases per day.
• Perform cleanings, fillings, crowns, gum-disease/periodontal treatment, and restorative dentistry.
• Perform extractions and root canals as experience allows.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Patient volume: Approximately 15 hygiene patients and 5-6 additional cases daily.
