Our client in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Dentist for a 72-day assignment. The schedule involves Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and Friday from 7am to 2pm, with Wednesdays off. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive, evidence-based dental care, diagnosing and developing treatment plans, educating patients, and collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain accurate clinical documentation and build lasting patient relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams

Staffing Mix: Practice Manager, Patient Care Coordinator (front desk), Licensed Dental Assistant, and two Registered Dental Hygienists. Access to Regional Dental Director, Regional Dental Coach, Regional Director of Operations, and Regional Operations Coordinator.
Requirements: All cases to include oral surgery and endodontics. Bread and butter dentistry is acceptable if not comfortable with oral surgery or endodontics. No implant placement and no bone grafting.
