Locum Tenens Dentist - MN Needed in Minnesota

Our client is seeking a dedicated Dentist for a 60-day assignment in Minnesota. This role involves maintaining a daily caseload of 10-15 patients, collaborating with a hygienist and dental assistant, and providing comprehensive dental care. The schedule includes Monday through Wednesday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Thursday from 10:00am to 7:00pm, and Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, ensuring a consistent work-life balance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a caseload of 10-15 patients/cases daily.
• Work collaboratively with a hygienist and a dental assistant.
• Perform preventive and routine care, including children's and pediatric checkups, regular cleanings, and dental exams.
• Provide restorative and emergency dentistry, such as same-day appointments, pain management, extractions, root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, veneers, tooth-colored fillings, dentures, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
• Conduct extractions, including wisdom teeth removal, removal of crowded or decayed teeth, minor oral surgery, and bone/gum tissue repair.
• Utilize advanced technology like CEREC for precision milling of crowns, bridges, and veneers.
• Implement dental implant planning supported by in-office Sirona CT 3D machine.
• Perform soft-tissue and restorative procedures using a Picasso Laser.
• Offer non-invasive oral appliances and sedation options for anxious patients or surgical procedures.
