Locum Tenens Dentist - NM Needed in New Mexico

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 60-day assignment in New Mexico. This role involves a Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm schedule, focusing on comprehensive dental care including exams, hygiene checks, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and emergency walk-in visits. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse patient load in an outpatient setting, utilizing on-site panoramic and digital x-ray equipment to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental exams and hygiene checks
• Provide restorative treatments including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Conduct simple extractions
• Administer denture services and implant restorations
• Perform root canal therapy for anterior and premolar teeth
• Manage emergency walk-in visits
• Utilize on-site panoramic and digital x-ray equipment

Additional Information

• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• LOA: 60 Days
• Patient Volume: Approximately 18 patients per day
• Staffing Mix: 1 hygienist, 2 assistants, 2 front office staff, clinic manager
