Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a 120-day assignment in Oregon, commencing Jul 13, 2026. This Medical Director role involves a blend of clinical general dentistry and significant administrative leadership responsibilities, with a flexible schedule offering either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts weekly.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as Medical Director, balancing clinical general dentistry with administrative leadership responsibilities.
• Provide comprehensive clinical general dentistry services.
• Oversee all dental operations, staff, patient care delivery, and strategic growth of the dental program.
• Manage quality assurance, infection control, and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with OSHA, state, and accreditation requirements.
• Supervise hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff, developing policies, protocols, and performance standards.
