Responsibilities and Duties

Provide basic hygiene services.
Achieve an organizational goal of 65% or higher case acceptance rate for treatment recommendations.
Maintain a perio diagnosis rate of 30% or higher, striving for two SRPs daily.
Achieve an average production of $3000 minimum per provider day.
Maintain a new patient Full Mouth X-ray (FMX) percentage of 50% or higher to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
